For Dubai brokers, agents and operators
An independent inspection protects the deal, and protects you
Standing terms for brokers, agents and operators. We attend, measure and report, in your branding if you want it, and we speak to your client only when you ask us to. Instructions booked within 48 hours, one named contact, one invoice.
Why partners instruct us
Why Dubai agencies instruct an independent inspector
The agent who finds the defect owns the problem. The agent who commissions the measurement hands it to someone else, on the record, in writing.
It protects your commission
A documented snag list gives a buyer a reason to proceed on terms rather than a reason to walk away. Defects found before exchange get priced. Defects found afterwards get argued about, usually with you in the middle.
Your client is overseas
Someone has to walk the property, and it should not be the person selling it. We attend, measure and report, so nobody is asking you to certify a building you did not put up.
It reduces your liability
An independent third party on record, with every reading and the standard it is measured against. If condition is questioned a year later, the file answers for you.
The report can carry your name
Full white-label. Your logo, your cover, your client-facing document. The measurements underneath are ours and unchanged.
Instructions booked within 48 hours
Partner work does not queue behind the public diary. One line by email or WhatsApp and the inspection is scheduled.
Volume is recognised
A rebate accrues as instructions build across the year, settled annually rather than haggled deal by deal. Terms on application.
Partners
Who we work with
Different businesses, one arrangement: we inspect, you keep the client relationship.
Sales brokers and agencies
Condition settled before the buyer commits, so the transaction closes on facts rather than on a walkthrough.
Leasing and letting agents
A recorded condition report at check-in and check-out, and a defect list the landlord can act on.
Holiday-let and short-term operators
Units inspected between contracts, and at handover from the developer, before the first guest finds the fault.
Property managers and owners' associations
Independent measurement across a portfolio, reported in one consistent format.
Relocation and concierge firms
Attendance on behalf of a client who has not yet landed, with the report in their hands the same day.
Mortgage brokers and valuers
Condition evidence alongside the valuation, where the lender or the client wants more than a figure.
Commercials
Two ways to instruct us
Both are set out in the standing terms before the first instruction, so you always know what you are quoting.
You instruct
We invoice you, at partner rates
You appoint us, we report to you, and you present the inspection to your client as part of your own service, in your branding if you want it. One invoice a month, whatever the volume.
You refer
We invoice your client, and pay you a fee
You introduce us and step back. The engagement, the invoice and the report sit with your client, which keeps you clear of the appointment altogether. You are copied in with their consent.
Rates are on application rather than published, because they depend on volume, branding and who is invoiced. Our public prices are on the pricing page and partner terms are set against them.
How it works
How a partner instruction works
One call. We agree the rate, who is invoiced, whose branding the report carries and who speaks to the client. Signed once, then never revisited.
Address, access arrangement, deadline. Email or WhatsApp to your named contact. No forms, no portal, no repeat briefing.
An inspection supervised by a qualified surveyor, every deviation measured in millimetres against NHBC tolerances and BS 5606. Photographed, located and graded on our own platform.
The same day, in your branding or ours, to you or direct to your client, whichever the terms say.
White-label reports
Your cover. Our measurements
The report your client receives can carry your logo, your colours and your contact details. Nothing else changes: the same 412 checkpoints, the same tolerances cited by name, the same photographic record, the same qualified surveyor oversight.
- ✓Your branding on the cover, letterhead and footer
- ✓Issued to you first, for your own review

Priority scheduling
Booked within 48 hours
Transactions and handovers run to dates you do not control. Partner instructions are held to a standing timetable rather than the public diary, and if we cannot meet your date we say so on the call rather than the day before.
Ramadan hours and public holidays excepted, and stated in the terms.
Case note
A brokerage, 14 units, one handover week
We were handing over fourteen units in the same week and none of our buyers were in the country. Kensington attended all of them, reported the same day, and the reports went out under our letterhead. Two completions were renegotiated on the strength of them rather than lost.

Questions partners ask
Terms are on application. They depend on the volume you expect, whether reports are issued in your branding, and whether you or your client is invoiced. One call settles it and the rate is fixed in writing, so you can quote your client with confidence.
Yes. Full white-label is available: your logo, your cover, your document. The measurements, the tolerances cited and the photographic record are unchanged. Only the letterhead differs.
The party that instructs us. If you instruct and we invoice you, the report is yours to issue as you see fit. If your client instructs and pays directly, it is theirs, and we copy you in with their consent.
Either, depending on how you prefer to work. Some partners instruct us and add their own margin; others refer and are paid a fee. Both are set out in the standing terms before the first instruction.
Only as you wish. Some partners want us in front of the client from the first call; others prefer everything to come through them. Tell us which, and we hold to it.
Partner instructions are booked within 48 hours of the instruction. Where a handover date or a transaction deadline is tighter than that, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.
We carry professional indemnity cover and every report is issued under the oversight of a qualified surveyor. Certificates are provided with the standing terms for your compliance file.
One call, and the terms are settled
Twenty minutes with the practice covers volume, branding, invoicing and who speaks to the client. We confirm it in writing the same week, and you can instruct from that point on a single line.
